Description
A wonderful complex of 5 trulli, the typical rural construction of the Italian region "Puglia", and a beautiful swimming pool for exclusive use, easily accessible from nearby Martina Franca. The main services are just a few minutes away by car, as are the most beautiful towns and beaches of Valle d'Itria. The internal rooms and the kitchen are developed under the complex of 5 historic 19th century stone trulli, completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds that you can join together. Between the 2 rooms there is a living room with a sofa bed and a dining table. there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.Outside there is a large patio where you can eat and organize a barbecue. There is a parking space and garage. Going down a flight of stairs you can find the solarium with sun loungers and the magnificent 5x10 pool for exclusive use. The residence is completed by a large green park.
